1.1 Platform Scope: The Player Repo is a performance analytics tool built primarily for use by college football programs. Testing is currently open to programs at all levels, including high school, during the beta period.

1.2 No Institutional Affiliation: The Player Repo is not affiliated with any public or private educational institution or governing athletic body.

1.3 Beta Participation: Access during beta is by invitation only. All participants understand the product is in ongoing development and may change significantly.

2.1 Real Game Film Only: All uploaded video must be from actual competitive game situations. Scrimmages, drills, or training footage are not permitted during the beta period unless explicitly authorized.

2.2 Platform Meta Enforcement: All film evaluations must follow the pre-defined Football Meta framework. Repeated violations or manipulation of criteria will result in account suspension or permanent banning.

2.3 Shared Data Policy: All uploaded data (including player evaluations) are visible to program administrators and may be used to improve platform algorithms and insights.

2.4 No Deletion of Active Game Film: Once a game is uploaded and evaluations are submitted, that footage becomes a permanent part of the team’s and players’ historical data.

3.1 Ownership and Access: Coaches and institutions retain ownership of uploaded video content. Player-entered evaluations and activity remain tied to that player profile for historical analysis.

3.2 Role-Based Access: Only verified program coaches, staff, or approved support personnel may onboard players or upload game film.

3.3 Player Retention: Players who transfer or exit a program may retain read-only access to their prior data for up to 12 months.

4.1 Fair Use: Users may not falsify, exaggerate, or deliberately misrepresent play outcomes. Players caught gaming the system will be removed from the leaderboard and may face account suspension.

4.2 Institutional Responsibility: Programs are responsible for onboarding their athletes honestly and ensuring uploaded film complies with platform policies.

4.3 Ban Policy: Coaches and players may be banned at any time for violating the spirit of the platform—especially in cases of film misuse, inaccurate data entry, or harassment.

5.1 Player Control of Appraisals: Players may delete, revise, or update their own evaluations at any time. Each appraisal reflects their own analysis and remains under their control.

5.2 Coach Upload Limitations: Coaches may not delete any game film that has been used by a player in an appraisal. This ensures continuity for the player's record and protects against data loss.

5.3 Profile Portability: When a player transfers schools or leaves a program, they retain access to their data and history for up to 12 months—even if a coach uploaded the film.

5.4 Team Oversight: While players manage their evaluations, coaches are expected to monitor and maintain the accuracy and appropriateness of their team’s uploaded content.

6.1 Free Beta Access: All access to the platform is currently free through October 2025. During this time, all features, storage, and user support are included at no cost.

6.2 Future Pricing: Once the beta ends, annual pricing for full platform access will be introduced. Early beta participants will be offered permanent discounted rates.

7.1 Limitation of Liability: Sports Insights Analytics LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the Platform.

7.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes will be resolved in courts located in Osceola County, FL.
