1.1 No School or District Affiliation: The Player Repo is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any public or private school, school district, or educational institution.

1.2 Fundraising Programs: While The Player Repo may offer fundraising programs for schools, this does not create any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership between The Player Repo and any educational entity.

1.3 Voluntary Use: The use of this Platform is entirely voluntary. No coach, school, or entity may coerce or require students, parents, or guardians to purchase or use our Service as part of their educational or athletic programs.

1.4 Consent for Minors: Users under the age of 18 must obtain the explicit consent of their parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, the user affirms that they have obtained such consent and are accessing the Service of their own free will.

2.1 Compliance with Applicable Laws: We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to FERPA, COPPA, and CIPA.

2.2 Data Collection: The Player Repo collects and processes user data to provide services and enhance user experience. Details of the data we collect and how it is used are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

2.3 Data Ownership: Users retain ownership of all data they input into the Platform. However, all uploaded data, including appraisals, are made public and accessible to other users, recruiters, or coaches on the Platform.

2.4 Data Requests: Users may request deletion or download of their data at any time by contacting us at support@theplayerrepo.com.

3.1 Account Requirements: To create an account, users must be at least 13 years of age. Users under the age of 18 require parental or guardian consent.

3.2 User Responsibility: Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4.1 License Grant: We grant users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities: Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.

5.1 Adherence to the Football Meta: All evaluations for 1-on-1 wins/losses, elite, and deficient plays must strictly adhere to the Football Meta criteria. Plays that do not meet these metrics will be categorized as "No 1-on-1" or "Normal Play."

5.2 Bans for Misuse: Any user found to be improperly using the Football Meta to assess their film will be banned. No prior notice is required, and no refunds will be provided.

5.3 Non-Deletion of Shared Game Film: Any game film uploaded by a coach and actively used by a player for appraisals cannot be deleted by the uploading coach.

5.4 Public Data and Appraisals: By using the Platform, users agree that all uploaded data, including appraisals and evaluations, will be publicly visible and accessible to other users, coaches, and recruiters.

6.1 No Refund Policy: All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

6.2 Subscription Renewal Grace Period: Users have 8 days after their subscription expires to purchase a new subscription. If payment is not received within this time, all user data will be permanently deleted, and a new account must be created to access the Service.

6.3 Individual Subscriptions Only: All subscriptions are for individual users and are non-transferable. The Player Repo does not offer team-wide or school-wide plans to ensure each player retains their data and access regardless of team changes or school transfers.
