1.1 Platform Scope: The Player Repo is a performance analytics tool designed for football programs, players, and coaches at every level.

1.2 No Institutional Affiliation: The Player Repo is not affiliated with any public or private educational institution or governing athletic body.

1.3 Independent Accounts: Each user (coach or player) is responsible for maintaining their own account, credentials, and subscription. Teams are collections of users; accounts are not owned by institutions.

2.1 Real Game Film Only: Only official football game footage may be uploaded. Practice, 7-on-7, or drills are strictly prohibited. Official spring games are the only exception.

2.2 Film Deletion Policy: Coaches may delete uploaded film only if it has not been used in any player appraisals. Once film is tied to appraisals, it becomes a permanent part of the historical record and cannot be removed.

2.3 Platform Policy Updates: Sports Insights Analytics reserves the right to update storage and deletion policies. At present, no uploaded game film is deleted by the platform.

2.4 Evaluation Accuracy: Players must submit accurate appraisals. Deliberate manipulation or falsification of data will result in account termination, loss of data and film access, and the requirement to re-register with a new email.

3.1 Ownership and Access: Coaches and institutions retain ownership of uploaded video content. Player-entered evaluations remain tied to their account for historical analysis.

3.2 Role-Based Access: Only verified users may onboard others, upload film, or manage team activity.

3.3 Data Retention: Currently, uploaded film and appraisals remain stored indefinitely. This policy may be updated in the future.

4.1 Fair Use: Users may not falsify, exaggerate, or misrepresent play outcomes. Violations may result in leaderboard removal, account suspension, or permanent banning.

4.2 Integrity Enforcement: Accounts found to be gaming the system or misusing film will have their access revoked. Their data and film will be locked, and they will need to create a new account with a different email address to rejoin.

4.3 Institutional Responsibility: Programs and coaches are responsible for ensuring compliance with film requirements and proper use of the platform.

5.1 Subscription Model: The Player Repo operates on a subscription basis. Both monthly and annual payment options are available for users.

5.2 No Refunds: All payments are final. The Player Repo does not process refunds for unused time or subscription cancellations.

5.3 Payment Disputes: All payment processing is handled through PayPal. Disputes must be raised directly with PayPal.

5.4 Account Lockout: Accounts with expired subscriptions will be locked until payment is renewed. Previously uploaded film and data remain stored but inaccessible until reactivation.

6.1 Limitation of Liability: Sports Insights Analytics LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the Platform.

6.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes will be resolved in courts located in Osceola County, FL.
