The platform allows users to upload game film, record performance evaluations, and generate player profiles and analytics intended to assist with player development, evaluation, and recruiting visibility.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Users agree to provide accurate information when creating accounts and submitting data to the platform.

Sports Insights Analytics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

3. User Content and Film Uploads

Users may upload or submit content including game film, performance evaluations, and other data.

By submitting content to the platform, users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party.

4. Public Player Data

The Player Repo is designed to promote transparency and accountability in football evaluation.

Player profiles, performance metrics, rankings, and related information may be publicly visible through the platform.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the platform may require a paid subscription. Payment terms and billing information will be presented during account registration or purchase.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to platform features.

6. Suspension and Termination

Sports Insights Analytics may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with payment obligations.

7. Platform Availability

The Player Repo platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Insights Analytics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Changes to the Terms

Sports Insights Analytics may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
